Artist & Illustrator
Peter Tinkler was born in the Rep. of Ireland, in a town you have probably never heard of. He spent many a cheerful hour of his childhood running through lush fields, climbing tall trees, catching thousands of frogs, and drawing all over his bedroom walls.
He has never seen a Leprechaun, but is sure they are responsible for stealing many of his most cherished boyhood toys.
Now that he is grown up, Peter is most content when creating illustrations that emphasize his passion for traditional methods, as well as his interest in narrative story telling through pictures.
After several years study, which began in Dublin, he now finds himself with degrees in both Animation and Illustration, and currently works as a freelance illustrator in Birmingham.
If a picture is worth a thousand words then even these few seem wasteful. However, if your curiosity should overwhelm you then you can check out my blog for a combination of both words and pictures.
